DAYTONA DAY 1

Ah, Daytona. After driving straight thru we were set back momentarily as we blew a tire on the suburban in Downtown Atlanta at 1:30AM - you can imagine how many farmers stopped to help at that hour - we definitely weren't in South Dakota anymore! Ha,Ha Of course after trying to flag someone down for 45 minutes when we did get it changed the battery was dead from running the flashers on the trailer... Welcome the Hart Line employee!

We arrived in St. Simons Island, GA and the home of Mark Missildine as he got his first look at the "Warthog" rubbermount sportster chopper! We had missed the oyster feed the night before but the beer in the coolers was still chilled at 6AM when we showed up. After a quick nap we were greeted by some of Mark's friends and took a tour around the island. Beautiful scenery, great ride, - now where are the oysters....
